One month prior present hospitalization, patient transient complete atrioventricular block, underwent artery stenting for stable angina pectoris drug-eluting stent, subsequently diagnosed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which required further inpatient treatment. Despite dual antithrombotic therapy (antiplatelet+anticoagulant) taken after discharge from hospital, floating thrombus in apical aneurysm.
